4 week class, 7pm Wednesdays, 7/5 - 7/26.   Mindfulness 101 is an introductory mindfulness class.  Mindfulness refers to the ability to train our attention and awareness to be more and more present with what arises in the moment.  Learn the main aspects of mindfulness from both the Buddhist and Scientific perspectives as well as practice many methods of cultivating mindfulness.
