Calming the Mind

Utilizing mindfulness and insight we can calm the mind and the storm of afflicted emotions. This retreat is perfect for beginner and advanced. Participants must attend both days in their entirety, no exceptions. Bring your own lunch and clothing layers for personal comfort. We will practice mindful meditation, silence, eating, and movement. The retreat is free but there is limited space , so you must register ahead of time. The retreat will take place in the Mill Centre, 3000 Chestnut Ave. Suite 102.
