Family Therapy

Our approach to family therapy joins the wisdom and skillful means of Buddhist and Western Psychology to heal ourselves and our families.   The family is one of the most important connections to others we have, yet we often get stuck in patterns of communication and behaviors that are not in our best interest.  Family therapy helps families learn to communicate better and develop more healthy patterns and behaviors, learn to have more connection and support for the individuals. and learn to grieve and work with conflict in more healthy ways.    Family therapy addresses:
