Weekend meditation retreats focused on mindfulness and loving-kindness for the body.  Silent periods, mindful eating, nature walks, group discussion, mindful communication, and much more. 9am-5pm each day. This retreat is a psychoeducational group and receipts for health insurance reimbursement are given. Space is limited.
